Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is the information included in documents and forms we use in the course of either trading or communicating with you. This may include for example, your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card details, e-mail address, other information relating to your membership or inquiry with us.

We may collect personal information about you when you deal with us by our website, letter, e-mail or business card collection at functions. In some circumstances, we may also collect sensitive information about you. Where we collect this type of information we will obtain your consent to use this information for the purpose for which we collect it initially.

- To provide member services;
- To provide details of upcoming NHJC events;
- Enquiries from NHJC website (www.nhjc.com.au).
